Please note that we do not offer returns, but we do provide an exchange option within 7 days of the purchase date.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• The piece has not been worn.
• The item is free from scratches or damage.
• All original packaging and tags are intact and included.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
